Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any duties, customs fees or import taxes on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Every pillow case is made to order, so it is sewn after your order is confirmed.

Returns

Website orders only

Every pillow case is made to order and cut from fabric specifically for you, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a sewing defect, email info@christopherhyland.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair or replace it at no charge.

Fabric color can vary slightly between screens and dye lots, and pattern placement will differ from the photos. These are not defects.

Terms of Service

These terms apply only to items ordered through christopherhyland.com. They do not apply to sales made through our sales representatives, which are governed by separate terms.

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. Each piece is made to order; if a fabric becomes unavailable, we will cancel and fully refund your order.

Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Shipping is free within the United States. International orders ship for $25 for up to 6 pillow cases, or $60 for 7 or more. Any duties, customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

All sales are final, as described in our Return Policy.

Privacy

Information collected through website orders

We collect the details you give at checkout (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) to fulfill your order and contact you about it.

Payments are processed by Squarespace Payments; we never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your information. If you opt in to emails at checkout, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Our site uses cookies for checkout and basic analytics.
